Role Purpose
Provide support and assistance to THIQAH team in organizing, co-organizing, and promoting IsDB Group events and webinars/online meetings along with keeping track of all website and systems renewals, as well as managing the social media accounts.
Key Functional Accountabilities and Activities
Administrative Support:
Provide logistical support for organizing IsDB Group events, meetings, workshops, training sessions, and B2B engagements.
Facilitate effective communication and follow-up with internal departments and external stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of tasks and alignment of objectives.
Maintain and update a centralized database and multimedia archive for all events and initiatives, including documentation, photos, videos, and related materials.
Monitor and track renewal timelines for all relevant system subscriptions, website hosting services, and digital tools, ensuring uninterrupted access and compliance with agreements.
Provide support to the team and perform other administrative tasks as assigned.
Technical Support:
Maintain and update content on websites and landing pages using CMS tools.
Support the development and maintenance of digital marketing assets, including websites, social media content, HTML invitations, and e-newsletters, ensuring consistency with IsDB Group branding.
Develop, implement, and maintain an organized digital filing and archiving system to streamline document retrieval and ensure version control.
Qualifications/ Professional Experience
At least 2 years of experience in Digital Marketing and Communications role is a must.
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field is required.
Professional certification in Marketing, Communications, IT, Computer Science or any related professional certification(s) is a plus.
