Role Purpose

Provide support and assistance to THIQAH team in organizing, co-organizing, and promoting IsDB Group events and webinars/online meetings along with keeping track of all website and systems renewals, as well as managing the social media accounts.

Key Functional Accountabilities and Activities

Administrative Support:

  • Provide logistical support for organizing IsDB Group events, meetings, workshops, training sessions, and B2B engagements.

  • Facilitate effective communication and follow-up with internal departments and external stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of tasks and alignment of objectives.

  • Maintain and update a centralized database and multimedia archive for all events and initiatives, including documentation, photos, videos, and related materials.

  • Monitor and track renewal timelines for all relevant system subscriptions, website hosting services, and digital tools, ensuring uninterrupted access and compliance with agreements.

  • Provide support to the team and perform other administrative tasks as assigned.

Technical Support:

  • Maintain and update content on websites and landing pages using CMS tools.

  • Support the development and maintenance of digital marketing assets, including websites, social media content, HTML invitations, and e-newsletters, ensuring consistency with IsDB Group branding.

  • Develop, implement, and maintain an organized digital filing and archiving system to streamline document retrieval and ensure version control.

Qualifications/ Professional Experience
  • At least 2 years of experience in Digital Marketing and Communications role is a must.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field is required.

  • Professional certification in Marketing, Communications, IT, Computer Science or any related professional certification(s) is a plus.
