JOB PURPOSE

Responsible for monitoring the day to day credit administration process of ICD and ensure adherence with ICD’s internal financing  policies and procedures

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Review all financing documents prepared by the legal   Department to insure compliance with credit approval terms and   conditions. 

Clear disbursements of funds by ensuring that all   condition precedents (CPs) have been fulfilled according to ICD’s requirements.

 

Preparing required timely reports regarding loan   portfolio performance and their status upon request from the senior   management

 

Maintaining document tracking system and safe custody   of securities and project documentation by ensuring all credit files are   completed and all credit decision , including waivers ,amendments and   restructuring have been duly processes and approved 

Responsible for collateral valuation, collateral   monitoring and collateral reconciliation with original documents, to ensure compliance   with established policies and procedures.

Monitoring customer compliance with covenants and   credit terms.

Mentoring the receipt of repayment and sign of   delinquency and irregularity 

Maintaining  loan disbursement reports and provide monthly   reports on the same to ICD Management
Educational Qualification:

Master Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, Economics, or related field.

Work Experience

3  years experience in Credit Admin role
