Lead the design, development and delivery of complete E-learning solutions for the Institute and ensure their sustainability and effectiveness.
E-learning Solutions Design and Delivery:
Conduct Training Need Analysis through employing the most suitable methodologies, including meeting the major stakeholders.
Participate in the development of the Institute’s strategy for Online Learning Programs design and delivery and act as the main focal point for the implementation of the strategy.
Take ownership of the Institute’s pages on online platforms and take full responsibility on the implementation of the Institute courses. Quality Assurance and support for eLearning Project
Lead the designing of online instructional activities to support learners in blended and online instruction.
Write technical proposals in response to e-Learning RFPs.
Support the deployment of learning programs including design and implementation of e-course materials.
Manage the online activities of learners registered on the Learning Management System.
Effectively manage the learning resources and assets like course materials, images, audio & video files.
Effectively and efficiently manage all logistics & operations related to its E-Learning programs in the institute.
Build positive & productive working relationships with customers, vendors, and partners in relation to E-learning programs of the Institute.
Utilize LMS capabilities to assist with planning and managing the institute training and development initiatives.
Work with and manage the Instructional Designers, Graphic Designers, and programmers to support E-Learning content requirements.
Provide expertise in the technical aspects of E-Learning to internal teams, as requested.
Learning Evaluation:
Design and administer post-course evaluation of learning in order to improve the qualities of the programs and content.
Compile the feedback and act on the suggestions to improve learning content as required, and according to the standards of the Institute.
Reporting & Communications:
Prepare and present regular progress reports to keep the Institute Management updated on all aspects of E-Learning.
Suggest improvements in the course content and any relevant issues based on the feedback received.
Communicate with participants, other stakeholders and vendors to resolve issues, if any.
Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Multimedia design, Graphic design, Instructional Design or related fields.
Professional certification in E-learning solutions or related fields.
Minimum 8 years of experience in design and delivery of E-learning programs on the E-platform, preferably in a research and / or knowledge products industry.
