IDB3208 - Senior Associate, Process Excellence

JOB PURPOSE

The Business  Excellence role ensures that processes within the corporation create value and run efficiently. Work with a team of individuals from across the organization to develop new methods of doing the required work, implement improvements, and ensure that the processes required for daily operations are running smoothly.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Initiate, coordinate, and Implement projects to evaluate and improve processes, such as Lean Six Sigma initiatives and process mapping exercises.
• Reviewing current processes and recommending changes based on industry best practices.
• Key processes identification using suitable improvement approaches such as DMAIC, PDCA, Kaizen, Variance Analysis, Process Mapping, etc.
• Data Analysis to identify opportunities for improvement in current processes.
• Perform rapid process analysis to identify root causes of poor performance.
• Participating in meetings with stakeholders to discuss process improvements.
• Knowledge awareness and communicating of the new changes in the processes with staff.
• Creating reports detailing the results of process improvement initiatives.
• Document processes using appropriate formats.

QUALIFICATIONS & OTHER CERTIFICATES

• BSc/BA in computer science, engineering, or commerce.

• Certification in Sigma Six, Kaizen, or any other BPM framework.

LANGAUAGE SKILLS

• English is compulsory

• Arabic or French is preferable

YEARS OF EXPERIENCE

• Minimum 2 years of experience
