The Human Capital Management (HCM) Division is responsible for the provision of human resources services to the Corporation, including job design and grading functions, staff planning and recruitment, leadership and staff development, compensation and employee relations. It strives to provide such services in an efficient manner with due attention paid to the quality of services and maintaining high levels of staff capabilities, morale and productivity required to meet organizational needs efficiently
The Division is also responsible to build a capable and highly performing workforce, entrusted with the ability to adhere to the ICIEC's defined core values.
