This role is responsible for providing operational support and implementation to the ITFC Compensation & Benefits processes and Capacity Enhancement by overseeing staff benefits, allowances & and payroll according to ITFC policies and procedures. Additionally, providing support with Capacity Enhancement activities. This also includes delivering of a high standard of internal people experience to all employee inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
