SECTION I: JOB PURPOSE
This role is responsible for monitoring the repayments and ensuring timely follow-up on payments receivable from clients by tracking and reporting dues and overdues and coordinating the remedial asset management.
SECTION II: KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Participating in unit level improvement initiatives (such as documentation of manuals etc.) in order to contribute
to the overall effectiveness of the Operations Department.

• Monitoring repayments and providing regular exception reports to Remedial Assets Manager.
• Recording of receipts (of payments) from clients in ITFC system/books.
• Providing progress statement to clients as per the agreed terms and conditions.
• Monitoring the upcoming dues for all the clients by reviewing the Repayment Schedule.
• Providing clients under the supervision of the Remedial Assets Manager with repayment details and sending
notifications to clients informing them of the payments becoming due.
• Issuing intimation to Trade Finance when each payment milestone is reached in order to ensure that they
initiate follow-up with the client.
• Following up with Trade Finance on the payments until they are received or up to the stipulated Days Past Due
as specified in the Asset Classification Criteria.
• Updating the Trade Finance department on receipt of payments from the client on the dues.
• Identifying and handling overdues in collaboration with respective relationship managers.
• Coordinating the follow-up process with Middle Office and Trade Finance when payment becomes overdue,
and initiate escalation to Remedial Assets Manager.
• Supporting the Remedial Assets Manager with the execution of related remedial actions for overdues based
on the recommendation of the concerned authority.
• Liaising with all concerned parties on current cases as defined in SOPs.
• Responding to any non-routine queries for information pertaining to dues and overdues that may arise from
various departments, committees, ITFC senior management, IDB group and ITFC Board.

SECTION IV: KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & COMPETENCIES
Bachelors/ Graduate Degree in Economics, Business or Finance
Language Skills
• English is compulsory
• Arabic or French is preferred
Years of Experience
0-2 years in a similar role in Banking and Financial Services
