IDB2411 - Senior Marketing Specialist

Deliver strategic marketing campaigns to promote and enhance awareness of IsDB.

Manage the planning and delivery of IsDB’s strategic marketing campaigns. Support the delivery of creative and strategic campaigns to promote IsDB brand to key stakeholders Develop marketing materials for live events, external communications materials, internal communications materials, digital website and social channels, and physical signage in offices Maintaining and protect brand identity across all IsDB platforms and channels Collaborate with colleagues across the IsDB and the wider marketing division to deliver fully-integrated campaigns Become a trusted adviser to senior colleagues on strategic marketing initiatives Manage internal stakeholders to ensure marketing activity supports the specific needs of the bank, including regional hubs Manage internal stakeholders to ensure marketing activity supports the specific needs of the bank, including regional hubs

Minimum number of years and nature of experience
• 7+ years in a marketing role for a global organisation or business, with demonstrated success
• Experience working on integrated marketing campaigns, with demonstrated measurable success 
• Social and digital campaign experience
• Excellent organisational and writing skills 
• Experience working on creative and engaging digital & print materials and publications
