Department
To be a focal point in the department or division for coordinating and streamlining the workflow. Also work on the department’s IT system using share point & .net. To communicate and follow up on pending issues and taking necessary corrective actions as per policies and procedures.
Person
- Coordinate the preparation and implementation of annual budget, work plan, and training programs by collecting and collating data from required parties.

Administer and monitor, technically and functionally, the required databases and systems of the department/division, as needed.

Coordinate and follow up the organization of meetings/events and facilitate delegation hosting and logistics in collaboration with the concerned parties.
- Review payment/disbursement requests and process them for the division/department, as needed.
- Coordinate the arrangement of travel and logistical requirements for missions and events, and their settlements.
- Prepare contracts and draft terms of references for consultants under technical guidance of professional members of the division / department.
- Prepare memorandums on routine and outstanding issues.
- Respond to enquiries, coordinate their resolution, and advise on relevant policies and procedures and their implementation.
- Collect and compile data from required parties, and prepare and present progress and management information reports to the seniors.
Experience
- 5 years working experience in administrative support and / or IT /coordination role and activities.
- Proficiency in English and Arabic languages
- Working knowledge of office management procedures and practices
- Excellent knowledge of IT, Ms Sharepoint and .Net applications
Qualifications
- A bachelor degree in Information Technology or business administration with Excellent IT background or any related fields
- Proficiency in English and Arabic languages
- Must be proficient in Sharepoint & .net (two year experience)
- Must be able to customize Sharepoint & .net application
- Skills in writing business correspondence & routine calls
