The vacancy is based on a Fixed Term Contract for Hadi and Adahi Project at IsDB.

Job Purpose:

The role holder will be responsible for setup, execute and control the marketing strategy and activities to maximize its efficiency and achieve the marketing objectives.

Key Accountabilities:

  1. Promotion:


    • Design and implement promotional campaigns for promoting Adahi services or programs through contacts with a wide range of constituent, business media representative and interested groups.


  2. Customer focus:


    • Observe the feedback and reaction of Adahi customer and report Adahi management to enhance and improve the service quality and correct any deviations to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  3. New market:
    • Assist in identifying new markets for Adahi services locally, regionally and internationally.
  4. Sales:
    • Oversee the process of printing distributing the coupons for sacrifice to Hajis ensuring this is undertaken in an efficient and effective manner and that moneys are properly received. With cooperation with Adahi operation.
  5. New products and  services:
    • Propose new services or products demanded by the markets
  6. Relations :
    • Reflect positive public image of Adahi programs and services.
  7. Business enhancement :
    • Propose and contribute to the enhancement of Adahi marketing tools and techniques.
  8. Reports:
    • Preparations of the periodical work reports to keep the management updated with the latest trends in the business market.

Job Requirements:

Academic qualifications

  • University degree in marketing, general management, business administration or any other related filed. 


  • Arabic (fluent)
  • English (fluent)

Minimum number of years and nature of experience

  • 6 to 8 years’ work experience
