Role Purpose:

Oversees the business process development and implementation, provides regular progress reports to the Management on the achievements and risks with regard to the business processes. This role is responsible for improving the consistency, predictability and efficiency of the organization project delivery capability.

Business Process Development & Improvement

  • Propose process development plans as well as work plan for ICD Management

     

  • Serve as the central coordinator for the process development, review and improvement for both front office and back office functions of ICD

     

  • Help ICD business units to prepare their detailed process maps for their key processes

     

  • Develop Standard Operating Procedures to ensure roles and responsibilities and clear division of labor across business units.

     

  • Periodically review the business processes and procedures for performance improvement

     

  • Maintain inventory of process models and ensure they are up to date.

 

 

Process Implementation & Reporting:

  • Propose process implementation strategy and follow up the progress

     

  • Ensure compliance of business units for the agreed processes and procedures for all new investment and advisory projects

     

  • Serve as the custodian of controlling, measuring and reporting the performance of business units in abiding by the agreed processes and procedures

     

  • Conduct business process analysis studies and develop reports on business improvement initiatives and implement action plans to achieve them.

     

  • Conduct reviews of process performance results and identify areas of weakness for improvement.

     

  • Identify potential risks and provide regular risk assessment reports to the Management for the business processes and implementation of investment and advisory projects throughout their cycle

     

  • Track the implementation of the investment and advisory projects and provide regular reports for the Management including comparison with past performance and benchmark with other MDBs

     

  • Guide the ICD Management on new process Manage department and projects human resources

     

  • Manage department and projects communication processes to ensure that all processes are applied and followed

     

  • Ensure continuous improvement of the communication stream and apply any new relevant standards

Building the Internal Capabilities in the Organization

  • Prepare tools and instruments for business process management including flowcharts, timelines, plans, and other budget and project documents

     

  • Model business processes details using ARIS /VISIO or other similar software platform and continuously improve the models.

     

  • Ensure the quality of process models according to the BPM standards, framework and convention manual.

     

Experience:

  • 9 years extensive knowledge and expertise in project management, and process improvement

Qualifications:

  • At least bachelor degree in Business Administration, Computer Engineering, and other relevant fields

  • Quality Assurance Certificate

  • PMP certificates

  • Capable of communicating in two of the working languages (Arabic, English and French) of which English is a must.
