Assisting in the management of ICD’s compliance risks, including regulatory requirements, internal policies and procedures, and integrity framework as well as in the development and maintenance of ICD’s compliance related policies and procedures
Developing, maintaining, and implementing ICD’s Compliance Risk Framework, including policies, guidelines, and procedures to ensure that all aspects of ICD’s operations are in full compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies and free from unethical or improper conduct.
Reviewing and endorsing compliance related activities by operating units for approval by Director, Risk Management
Developing, maintaining, and preparing compliance risk report as part of the periodic Risk Management Report submitted to the Audit Committee of the Board and the Board of Directors.
Providing advice on compliance matters and coordinating interdepartmental activities in addressing and resolving compliance issues
Developing relevant training programs on ICD’s compliance policies, guidelines, and procedures and ensuring its implementation to all staff
Collaborating and consulting with the IDB Group Compliance function on compliance issues as appropriate
Providing oversight and guidance to Associate Compliance Specialist
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, international relations, social sciences, law, economics, accounting, or related fields, preferably with a graduate degree
10 years of professional experience in compliance and regulatory areas in financial institutions, preferably with some exposure to activities relating to know your customer, anti money laundering, anti corruption, and anti terrorist financing
