Staff development

At IDB we have various staff development programmes. These staff development programmes range from in house training, attending conferences and workshops in IDB member and non-member countries and career break for staff to acquire additional qualifications or experience outside the IDB. Such experience we believe will in turn benefit our operations. IDB has mechanisms for career progression among staff.
